USER CONDITIONS

You can order products and/or services from our webshop, and/or book a place to a happening. These conditions concider the webshop. The data privacy conditions ("How we use your information") tells, how and for how long we keep the data you provide us.

Product prices do not include delivery costs. Delivery times vary according to the nature of ordered product(s) - customized products take longer to deliver. In case you need delivery due to a certain date, please contact us directly at rumpumestari@gmail.com. 

In case you pay with MobilePay, please pay attention to give the correct phone number. Banks do not refund money paid to a wrong account. You can also pay in cash, or by account transfer.

If you have paid a reservation fee to a workshop or a drumming circle fee, and get sick or face a force majeure- situation, please contact us. We can agree you to take part in another workshop or discuss another kind of compensation.

In some workshops the reservation fee can only be refunded to a certain point, or only if you have a medical certificate. Conditions are restricted at some happenings if there is for example a need to purchase materials or other preparations.

By agreeing to these conditions you ensure that you are using your own money to make purchases from our webshop and that you are over 15 years if age.

rumpumestari.fi  webshop can alter these conditions whenever needed for example due to changes in Finnish laws and restrictions.
